Cancellation Policy

By using CASHGROW digital services, you agree to the cancellation rules mentioned below.

CASHGROW की डिजिटल सेवाओं का उपयोग करते समय, आप नीचे दिए गए सभी cancellation नियमों को स्वीकार करते हैं।

**1. No Cancellation After Plan Activation

(Plan activate होने के बाद कोई cancellation नहीं)**

एक बार आपका plan activate हो जाता है:

❌ कोई cancellation नहीं होगी

❌ कोई refund नहीं मिलेगा

❌ Plan बीच में बंद नहीं किया जा सकता

क्योंकि service उसी समय से शुरू हो जाती है और funds trading cycle में लग जाते हैं।

English:

Once your plan is activated, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

**2. Cancellation Before Activation

(Activation से पहले cancellation संभव है)**

अगर user ने payment किया है लेकिन:

✔ Plan अभी activate नहीं हुआ

✔ Trading cycle start नहीं हुई

तो user cancellation request भेज सकता है।

Cancellation केवल verification के बाद approve होगा।

English:

Cancellation is allowed only if the plan has not been activated yet.

**3. Wrong or Duplicate Payment

(गलत / दो बार payment होने पर)**

अगर user ने:

• गलत amount भेज दिया

• दो बार payment कर दिया

• गलत UPI पर भेज दिया

तो cancellation नहीं, बल्कि:

✔ Extra/double amount का refund verification के बाद किया जाएगा।

English:

Duplicate/excess payment is refunded after verification, not considered cancellation.

**4. No Cancellation During Active Plan

(Active plan के दौरान cancellation नहीं)**

Plan active है तो:

❌ Cancellation नहीं

❌ Early exit नहीं

❌ Partial amount refund नहीं

Funds trading cycle में locked रहते हैं।

English:

Active plans cannot be cancelled because funds are locked in the trading cycle.

**5. Plan Completion Payout

(Plan पूरा होने पर payment मिलेगा)**

Plan duration पूरा होने के बाद:

✔ पूरा invested amount (principal)

✔ + पूरा earned profit

User को एक-साथ payout किया जाता है।

English:

After plan completion, principal + profit is returned together.

**6. Misuse / Fraud Cases

(धोखाधड़ी के मामलों में cancellation नहीं)**

अगर user:

• गलत जानकारी दे

• Misuse करे

• Fraud करे

तो:

❌ Cancellation नहीं

❌ Refund नहीं

✔ Account block किया जा सकता है

English:

No cancellation/refund in any misuse or fraud case. Account may be suspended.
