By using CASHGROW services, you agree to the rules mentioned below.

CASHGROW सेवाओं का उपयोग करते समय, आप नीचे दिए गए सभी नियमों को मानते हैं।

1. Eligibility / पात्रता

✔ User must be 18+

✔ उपयोगकर्ता की उम्र 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए।

2. Service Nature / सेवा का प्रकार

CASHGROW provides digital earning & trading-assisted services.

CASHGROW डिजिटल earning और guided trading assistance सेवाएं प्रदान करता है।

Service activation तुरंत शुरू हो जाती है।

3. Investment & Returns / निवेश और रिटर्न

✔ सभी returns प्लान duration के अनुसार मिलते हैं

✔ Returns अनुमानित होते हैं — market cycles पर depend करते हैं

✔ CASHGROW किसी fixed guaranteed profit की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेता

English:

All returns depend on the chosen plan and market activity. Returns are estimated, not guaranteed.

4. No Early Refund / बीच में refund नहीं मिलेगा

Plan active होने के बाद:

❌ बीच में cancel नहीं होगा

❌ कोई refund नहीं दिया जाएगा

❌ Amount plan खत्म होने तक locked रहेगा

English:

No refund or cancellation is allowed once the plan is activated.

**5. Refund After Plan Completion Only

(Plan पूरा होने पर ही refund+profit मिलेगा)**

Plan duration पूरा होने के बाद:

✔ पूरा principal amount

✔ + पूरा profit

User ko एक-साथ payout किया जाएगा।

English:

Full principal + earned profit is returned after plan completion only.

6. User Responsibility / उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी

✔ सही जानकारी देना

✔ गलत payment details न देना

✔ Payment proof संभालकर रखना

✔ Fraud activity न करना

English:

Users must provide correct details and avoid misuse or fraud.

**7. Wrong / Duplicate Payment

(गलत या दो बार payment होने पर)**

अगर user से गलती से दो payment हो गए:

✔ Extra payment verify करके refund किया जाएगा

English:

Duplicate/excess payments will be refunded after verification.

8. Plan Misuse / प्लान का गलत उपयोग

Fraud, cheating, wrong info देना या system misuse पर:

❌ Account block

❌ Refund नहीं मिलेगा

English:

Any misuse may lead to account suspension without refund.

9. Withdrawal Rules / निकासी नियम

✔ Profit plan complete होने के बाद withdrawal होगा

✔ Processing time: 24–48 hours

English:

Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours after plan maturity.

10. Policy Updates / नियमों में बदलाव

CASHGROW समय–समय पर policies update कर सकता है।

User की ज़िम्मेदारी है कि updates को पढ़ें।

English:

CASHGROW may update these terms anytime.
